Celloid has signed a MOU with EDmicBio, a company specializing in the development of 3D organ-on-a-chip systems using its own in-house 3D bioprinting technology.
This agreement represents a strategic open innovation model between two leading Korean biotech companies, centered around organoids and bioprinting—key technologies driving the future of the bioindustry. The collaboration aims to co-develop liver organoids by integrating liver tissue-derived bioink with automated 3D cell culture technology.

Celloid has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with YiPSCELL, a company specializing in the development of regenerative therapies based on induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs).
Through this partnership, the two companies will collaborate on developing organoid-based regenerative therapies, with a particular focus on treatments for cartilage and liver diseases. Their goal is to provide personalized treatment solutions in the field of advanced regenerative medicine by leveraging 3D cell culture automation technology.
